FIFA has unveiled the fan-voted Best XI for the 2026 World Cup, highlighting the standout performers who enthralled football fans throughout the competition.

Tournament winners Spain feature heavily with three inclusions, while runners-up Argentina claim two spots. France also secured three positions despite a third-place finish, reflecting the immense influence of their top stars.

The squad’s most notable inclusion is Cape Verde’s veteran goalkeeper Vozinha. His miraculous saves propelled his country to an unprecedented quarter-final berth, capturing the public’s imagination and earning him more supporter votes than Golden Glove recipient Unai Simón.

Up front, Lionel Messi anchors the attack after captaining Argentina to back-to-back finals. He is flanked by Norwegian goal-machine Erling Haaland and French captain Kylian Mbappé, completing a world-class forward line.
