His primary grievances center on political influence in administrative decisions, prolonged halftime intervals, compulsory match breaks, and proposals to enlarge the 2030 World Cup field to 64 nations.
The head of Spanish football cautioned that FIFA’s trajectory puts domestic competitions and thousands of industry jobs at risk, arguing that global showmanship is being prioritized over the sport’s foundational stability.
