Jamb Registration and Deadline
Registration for the 2026 JAMB UTME is now open to both domestic and international candidates. To sign up, you must visit an authorized JAMB CBT center; however, you must purchase your JAMB ePIN before arriving. If you already have your ePIN, ensure you download and complete the registration template in advance. Please note that the registration window closes on Saturday, February 28, 2026.
Official Novel and Study Materials
The prescribed text for this year’s exam is The Lekki Headmaster by Kabir Alabi Garba. Every candidate is entitled to a free copy of this novel upon completing their registration at a CBT center. If the book is not provided, please be sure to request it or download the PDF File here.
Disclosure of Previous Admissions
JAMB now requires all candidates to disclose any previous matriculation or admission history during the registration process. You are permitted to start a new program or switch institutions, but you must provide your prior UTME/DE registration details. Failing to disclose this information or providing false data will result in the automatic invalidation of your current registration and any previous admissions.
Completing the Registration Process
A smooth registration depends on the accuracy of your registration template. Before finalizing your course and subject choices, consult the JAMB Brochure to ensure your selections are valid.
During the session, verify that the staff has entered all information correctly into the portal. To finalize the process and print your confirmation slip, you must use biometric authentication. By scanning your fingerprint, you acknowledge that the data is correct, which shifts the responsibility for any clerical errors from the CBT center to the candidate.
