- Omari Kellyman, an 18-years-old attacking midfielder joined Chelsea from Aston Villa on a six-year deal. However, there are no reports if he will break into the first team or be sent on loan to get experience.
- Marc Guiu, a Spanish striker who joined the team from Barcelona, with a good prospect of what he can add to this Chelsea team, he signed a five-year deal with the Blues.
- Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall reunites with his former boss, Enzo Maresca after agreeing on a five-year contract at Chelsea. The midfielder played for the Foxes almost 200 times and was their Player of the Year last season.
- Tosin Adarabioyo joined Chelsea on a free transfer from Fulham. He signed a four-years deal with the blues. He also started his career at Manchester City.
- Estevao Willian, a young Brazilian will join Chelsea from Palmeiras next summer. The 17-year-old winger has already built a strong reputation as one of the hottest prospects in South America.
