Naira Marley has cancelled his planned #EndSARS Protest which was scheduled to hold today.
Following the announcement made by Naira Marley concerning his proposed protest that will be conducted later today; the Nigerian police force replied the Marlian President stating that the complaints about the unprofessional conduct of some SARS officials are currently being addressed by the force. @officialnairam1 The Inspector General of Police wishes to inform Nigerian youths that their voices and complaints on the issues of unprofessional conducts by some SARS operatives have been heared very loudly and clearly.
In response to the latest development, Naira Marley had to make a new announcement, stating that the protest would no longer hold due to the current changes. However, Naira added that if there are no visible changes in one week, that the mass protest would hold. He wrote; “We won’t be protesting anymore because there’s a lot of changes being made right now. As a Marlian we will give them a week to see the changes and if there’s no changes we will start a mass protest. #togetherwecan”.
